Here are some FAQ for your information

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All items are subject to a handling and processing period before they are dispatched 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 5-7 days of payment We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Normally your item should arrive within 2-3 weeks. Because we ship some of our items directly from our partners in other countries and because of high demand for some of our popular products, your item may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. International orders can sometimes take a little longer because of customs delays beyond out control. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on the way.

The tracking numbers are automatically issued when the order is uploaded into the system but the tracking information will not actually show up for several days after the order actually leaves the warehouse. Also, the USPS tracking links are not updated as regularly as some other companies are so they don't always get updated in real time. Sometimes they don't update until shortly before delivery.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All items are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS and you will receive a tracking number as soon as the package has been shipped.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

All  items are quality guaranteed for 30 days and we cover defective material and workmanship.  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it other than normal wear and tear.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (3-5 business days) before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@gmail.com.

Refunds are only for the purchase amount of the item purchased.  All shipping costs are non-refundable.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In order to cancel your order you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
